More than 50 speakers from around the world have inspired us to take action at ftalks'21. Keynotes and round tables with the protagonists of the solutions to the most urgent challenges in the sector such as food waste, sustainable packaging, complementary proteins, the preservation of biodiversity...

A careful selection of innovative products created by the leaders of the transformation of the sector, companies and startups. A sample of new products created to meet the needs of consumers and framed in sustainability and health.
Future Market
Miguel Martí's Loom has become the supermarket of the future thanks to ftalks'21. There they exhibited more than 25 startups with a varied sample of foods that will gain more and more ground on the shelves in the coming years.
Future Lunch
A menu inspired by the challenges of the sector served as the finishing touch for the third edition of ftalks Food Summit. Designed by chef Miguel Martí and KM ZERO, the future lunch was an immersive gastronomic experience with dishes that are the edible expression of the future of food.
ftalks'21 awards to the three best food startups
Nadie sin su ración diaria, a project that digitizes the food donation process from start to finish, has been recognized in the Sustainability category; Anina , an Israeli startup that creates pioneering 100% natural “Ready to Cook” food capsules, rich in vegetables and nutrients, made with fresh products that had an unattractive appearance, was awarded in the Innovation category; and the jury has awarded an Innovation Award to Baïa Food , creative startup of Miraculina, Novel Food that transforms the acid taste to sweet and that in the future can become a clear alternative to the consumption of sugar and artificial sweeteners.
ftalks'21 trophies were created with decafé , a material made from coffee grounds, natural binders and mineral fillers. Raúl Laurí is the creator of this patented material.
